After the initial three-month period, during which U N Bikes covers employee salaries and marketlng expenses, the following financial responsibilities will transition to the franchise owner.
In case of low or exhausted inventory, the franchise must procure refurbished vehicles exclusively from U N Bikes. Payment should be made one week in advance via the designated platform. Selling non-U N Bikes refurbished vehicles is strictly prohibited to maintain quality and assurance standards.
Royalty Structure: Franchise owners are required to pay a monthly royalty ranging from 5°/ to 8°/ of the revenue, based on location:
Tler 1 Cities: 8%
Tier 2 Cities: 6.5%
Tier 3 Cities: 5%
Franchise owners expanding with a 2nd, 3rd, or additional U N Bikes franchise will receive a flat ₹50,000 discount on the franchise fee for each new location
Any Violation of U N Bikes guidelines and terms will result in immediate franchise termination. The franchise owner will lose access to the brand name, staff, and all associated resources, with no refund of any payments made to U N Bikes.

Renewal: Franchise owners can renew their contract before its expiration and avail a 10% discount on the franchise fee.
Early Withdrawal: If Withdrawing before the contract ends, the franchise owner must provide a 3-month prior notice to U N Bikes. They must either: Pay the royalty for the remaining contract duration, or Transfer inventory equivalent to the outstanding amount.
Post-Contract Withdrawal: If the franchise owner exits after the contract period, U N Bikes will terminate the agreement and reclaim the brand name.
Non Compete Clause: Upon withdrawal, the franchise owner cannot engage in a similar business within the same industry for 6 months.
A minimum of four employees is required to ensure smooth operations and business growth. Franchise owners may hire additional staff at their discretion; however, these employees will not be on U N Bikes’ payroll.
